Two brothers. One universe of love.
Hi, we're Nick and Gabe. We make videos together: the goofy kind, the heartfelt kind, and the kind where Gabe steals every single scene. Gabe has Down syndrome, and somewhere along the way millions of you started calling yourselves Saftronauts because of him. Welcome to the family.

One video, my little brother, and a pandemic to blame.
I trained as an actor at NYU Tisch, spending years chasing roles from Gatsby and a Few Good Men to Cabaret. Then 2020 shut down everything in NY, and I picked up a camera instead of a script to find a creative outlet.
Gabe showed up in one of those videos. That was it. The internet fell for him instantly, and a channel that started as a way to kill quarantine time turned into something neither of us expected: a community of millions who show up every day for two brothers on a couch in Brooklyn.
You call yourselves Saftronauts now. That name is yours, not something we made up for a t-shirt. We just thought it deserved one anyway.
What you're actually signing up for
Five minutes, every night
Not a bit. It's an actual ritual. Every night, no matter what, we sit down together. Cameras usually rolling.
The nose-kiss hello
I walk in the door, Gabe delivers a kiss on the nose. It happens basically every time, and it still gets our comments section every time too.
Trained actor vs. natural
I studied at NYU Tisch. Gabe never took a class in his life and still steals every scene he's in.
The hard stuff, too
Every July, we put the bit down and talk straight. Disability Pride Month, Gabe's future, the parts of this that aren't easy. Love isn't only the highlight reel.

Different, not less.
I've said it plainly before: we want to spread compassion, hope, and awareness, and show the real complexity of life with Gabe, not just the easy, adorable parts. That's the whole point of Saftronaut culture. Love loud, laugh often, and never look away from the truth.
Who knows for sure what the future holds for any of us, including Gabey, but I'm going to do all I can to give my brother a great life.

People began writing comments to say we were the best part of their day, and that Gabriel's videos were the highlight of the day.
